Printing Satisfaction Guarantee (Return Policy)

We can replace original orders, if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your custom order. To have your original order replaced, please follow the following steps:

Step #1: Contact us by e-mail at mail@duds2go.com with your name, date of purchase, and order number.

Step #2: Our customer support team will look up your order and confirm with you that you would like us to replace the apparel. If you decide to have your shirts replaced, we will send you a ship to address.

Step #3: Once we have been contacted and confirmed that we plan to replace the apparel, ship us the original product along with a written note explaining the problem, your name, date of purchase, and invoice number. Once we have been contacted, fully understand your intention to replace, and have received your original order in the mail, we will replace the order with the same size, color and apparel type ordered.

Please note, you may need to provide new artwork if you were not happy with how the image turned out, as we print from the image you submit. Due to the custom nature of the products offered, we are unable to offer refunds or reimburse for return shipping. All sales are final. We reserve the right to amend this policy if we feel a customer is intentionally abusing its good intent.
